HaruHaru WONDER - PickyMickys review for Black Rice Hyaluronic Toner Free of Alcohol & Fragrance

I received the mini size of this toner a few weeks ago along with two other products to test. I had high expectations for this product, but I was very disappointed. Unfortunately, it is not suitable at all for my skin type (combination and sensitive): immediately after the first application, many small pimples appeared on my face, especially on my chin and forehead. I definitely won't continue to use it since it caused me this irritation, and I absolutely don't recommend it to anyone with sensitive, reactive and/or already acne-prone skin. Furthermore, it doesn't seem like a very hydrating toner to me: I have tried much better products.
