Cucumbers Exfoliating Cleansing Balm
Summary:
A lovely cleansing balm that's gentle for dry skin and removes residue well. The fragrance is not overwhelming or irritating.
Details:
The balm itself has little exfoliating pearls in it that gently dissolve when you use it on your skin (with water). It turns into a milky consistency and is easily distributed all over the face. Even though it contains fragrance it didn't irritate my skin at all and it didn't bother me while using it.
This is perfect as a morning cleanser for dry skin as it gets rid of residue well. My skin feels smooth and clean afterwards without any uncomfortable feelings of dryness.
Yes To as a company is cruelty free. This product contains beeswax and is therefore not vegan. At 10€ per 100ml this product lies in the affordable price range for skincare products.
There was no downside for me personally but I think this wouldn't be enough to remove heavy makeup. Also for oily skin types this might be best followed by a foam cleanser.
