And they made like light blue liquid, I put my tools and stir it so they could make good combination. I prep my skin, and pour the solution in my hand and start spread it on my skin. This feels lightweight and I can see the glow after applying on my skin. Spread evenly on your skin down below your neck. This gives hydration level 💯
