Ruzan review for Tamanu Calming Serum

This serum is designed specifically to calm and hydrate skin. The main ingredient is Tamanu oil which has calming and healing properties and I love the fact that it has been extracted via the Cold Press method which means vital compounds are kept safe. The other ingredients are Hyaluronic acid, Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract, Camellia Sinensis Leaf Extract and some other botanical extracts. The color is greenish and it is much thicker than an ordinary serum, mostly like a light cream. It comes in a bottle with airless pump to prevent bacteria proliferation and oxidation from occurring. It has minimalistic and pretty design. The serum is easy to apply and absorbs into skin beautifully. It has a strong spicy scent though which might put some people off but if afterwards apply nice smelling cream it goes away. I didn't have any reaction or breakouts while using this serum. It really is gentle on skin and does what it says, calms irritated skin so I use it on the days when my skin isn't quite happy. Oh and also ut is great to use after exfoliating the skin to calm it down. It won't take away pimples however good for skin redness. It hydrates my dry skin nicely and makes it soft and plump. Overall I am quite happy with this serum and think it's reasonably priced too
