This is my first time using chemical exfoliator and I'M LOVING IT! I had D/R skin type, most products that targeted for dry skin works for me so I didn't have much expectation, but this essence works exceptionally. Texture was watery, doesn't leave sticky feeling, a bit tingling sensation when first using, and no unpleasant scent--almost no scent at all, actually. Using this on every other evening (I didn't experience over exfoliation, but there might be difference regarding frequency for you) and it doesn't disappoint me. Skin texture significantly smoother and helps with my whiteheads. Bonus, it also helps with tiny bumps and leaves my skin with plump bright skin the day after using. Packaged in clear plastic bottle with pump applicator makes it easy to bring for travelling and keeps products hygiene (also it does looks 'clean', I love products with clean packaging>.<). I was a bit scared, because it was my first time using chemical exfoliator, but I'm really glad I did. I had pleasant experience using this essence, and also because this essence was my first INSTREE product, it makes me interested on their other products.
