As a professional makeup artist I really love the High impact gel tech eye liner. I love how pigmented the shade it as well as how long my eyeliner stays put. Even through heat where I live, this eye liner stayed on well and did not move or smudge. I live how well it glides on and how I can use it above my lashes and in the water line. This is the perfect liner I can use all year around and it is so easy to use with no mistakes made. I would highly recommend this Crayon Gel Eyeliner.
