Tretinoin + 4% Niacinamide
I had 3 weird bumps on my front head for months, nothing worked until I tried this serum. I have used this serum for 3 weeks and two bumps are gone! I use 2 pumps, one per side of my face. You can get your free bottle when going to the website and try the trial.
