This fragrance-free toner from Cetaphil is perfect for days like this: Unlike many toners, CETAPHIL BRIGHTNESS REFRESH TONER does not leave a sticky feeling on the skin. It did not cause me irritation, and I find it very gentle. This is from Cetaphil's "Bright Healthy Radiance" line, and the main brightening ingredients it contains are niacinamide and sea daffodil. It also has glycerin, a skincare ingredient many of us take for granted. As cosmetic chemist Lalita (@skinchemy) puts it, "Despite not being ‘glamorous’ enough for marketing, glycerin is a trusty ingredient many experts love in their product thanks to its high capacity for retaining water and hydrating."
