Each pump dispenses exactly 1ml of lotion containing 2mg of CBD which is super convenient with no guessing involved. The directions say not to apply on broken skin, so be cautious. I rubbed it in thoroughly and it absorbed well. There was a cooling sensation with a nice grapefruit/citrusy scent that is not overpowering. It has a thick texture and keeps my skin feeling moisturized throughout the day. I use this lotion for skin hydration, especially on my hands during the cold months living in the Midwest. My hands do not feel greasy after.
