Skin Relief Spot Film Gel (15ml)
This is a gel to film spot treatment with tea tree leaf extract.
🌿 This comes in gel form in an applicator tube. Depending on how thick you apply the gel, it solidifies into a film minutes after application.
🌿I tried the spot film gel over three zits I got in the past two months. It does have a soothing and anti-inflammatory effect, bringing down both redness and swelling.
🌿 My go-to spot treatment is still salicylic acid + pimple patch but then I don’t get a lot of zits, so I’m not the target market for this product. I can see how this might work better for those battling acne across one or several areas of the face. A film gel would certainly be more economical (this is a steal at about $5 a pop) as it can cover a larger area as opposed to individual spot patches.
it does not have the pus sucking capabilities of a hydrocolloid patch. It also feels tickly to me so I tend to absently sweep or scratch away the film and I can’t keep it on for more than a few hours, unlike a patch which I can stick on and practically forget about.
