tamarashuri review for Artemisia Cera Calming Moisture Toner

Such a liquidy and milky toner that is super lightweight, yet so nourishing! Even though it has a runny consistency compared to other “milky” toners, once applied to the skin it is so nourishing and hydrating and just moistuzers the skin very well! It also has a very nice refreshing scent to it that doesnt bother at all, but makes it better! It contains artemesia extract and ceramides that help to hydrate and soothen the skin!
