Does not feel dry, tacky and also does not leave any white cast. It does not feel like I applied something on my face. I apply it on my face but I prefer the cushion when applying my sunscreen. It is so convenient to use. I feel like this is the same with the cushion. I plan to use this as a refill for that. I love the packaging! It looks cute and lovely. I didn’t experience any breakouts or irritations while using this product. I love that it worked for my skin type.
