These powders are a very gentle exfoliator, so they are perfect for sensitive skin! To use this, you dump out about 1/2 tsp worth of product and rub with water in your hands to create a sort of foamy texture. It is easy to use and perfect to toss in your carry on as travel since it contains no liquids. It does have hints of a rice smell, which is expected given the main ingredient is rice bran. While this is gentle, I'm not sure whether this really did anything for me. In terms of exfoliators, I usually need something middle of the road in terms of grittiness to be a bit more effective.
