Harlette Beauty - reniwl review for Oatmilk Gentle Facial Wash

As the name, this cleanser is very gentle. The texture is unique because there are oat grains. the oat grains are also smooth and soft, really nice to rub gently into the face. Non foaming cleanser but the clean power is quite okay. There is no sls so it doesn't make skin dry and feel tight after washing the face. Afterwards I use toner and leave no residue on the cotton.
