This is one of my favorite Hydrocolloid patches. It is extremely thin and has a yellow tint in the center to mask the redness of the pimple! I love the thoughtfulness of the tint. Since it is so thin you can stick it on the spot and go on about with your makeup routine. Unless a person gets real close to your face, the patch is almost invisible to the eye! I like to use it right after cleansing and before skincare so it stays on the face better. It comes with 2 sizes and I especially love the larger ones. (These are more like XL) Those are the ones I use most often when I get those BIG BAD RED MONSTER Pimple (from hormonal cystic acne). It’s great for drawing out the pus and at hiding the redness while shielding the area from further contamination (or picking). Smaller pimples tend to go away faster and less red anyways for me. The big ones tend to be bumpy so the larger surface of the patch will stay on much better, whereas the smaller ones will fall off somewhere. Overall I highly recommend this to acne prone folks! It helps with the healing process by drawing out the remaining pus and shielding it from further picking and or pollutants. The XL size is perfect for cystic acne and the yellow tint is a nice touch to mask the redness of the spot.
