It has been very good at hydrating my skin. Yep, it's hydrating enough that my oily skin was doing good with just this. When the a/c is colder than usual, I spray 2-4 layers and I'm good. Like a lot of hydrating toners, there's some tackiness at first but once absorbed, the tackiness is gone.
