Centellian24 - Sharonspendstoomuch review for Madeca PHA Cleansing Pad

I received this product for free from Picky and Centellian24 in exchange for my honest review. The Centellian24 Madeca Cleansing Pads are described as an exfoliating cleanser, with 60 thick pads featuring TECA and PHA (Gluconolactone). Brand claims it helps gently remove makeup, remove dead skin and provides pore care. This is a confusing product to me, as the packaging instructions just say to gently rub on desired area to remove makeup, similar to how you would use a makeup remover wipe. But the product description mentions using the smooth side for cleansing and the embossed side for exfoliation, but no instructions provided on how to use for that purpose. It is also unclear if this should be used as a 1st or 2nd cleanse, or if it is safe for removing eye makeup. It also has a very strong herbal scent which I thought stinks. It doesn’t remove eye makeup without rubbing plus It burned my eyes so DON’T! I did not like this product at all - it feels sticky after using, burns my eyes and strips my skin. I’m usually not sensitive, but little bumps appeared on my skin after using these pads a few times. If you don’t wash it off after using, your toner, serum etc foams up on the skin. This makes it inconvenient for using at the gym or traveling when you don’t have easy access to washing off your face. Do not recommend.
