Well, the 𝐔𝐬 𝐎𝐧 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐑𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐡𝐲𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐲𝐝𝐫𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐞𝐥𝐝 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦 has a unique jelly like texture which closely resembles blancmange/milk pudding 🍮⁣ ⁣ 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐚𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐦⁣ • It's formulated with Phytomucin derived for yam root and a combination of 5 moisturising ingredients to provide triple care which balances skin's oil to moisture levels, as well as the surface and inner layers of skin. The ultimate aim of this cream is to strongly reinforce the skin barrier and deter oxidative damage to prevent skin losing its suppleness⁣ • Vit C is sourced from Red Pine Extract to protect collagen • It has a low pH level of 5.5-6.0⁣ • It's vegan and not tested on animals⁣ • Suitable for oily, sensitive and acne-prone skin types⁣ • Hypoallergenic tested and free from 20 known harmful ingredients⁣ • Can be used as a alternative to snail mucin products.⁣ ⁣ 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰⁣ I've come to realise that cream type Vitamin C products suit my skin best as opposed to serums. In my case, hydrating factors and soothing ingredients of Vit C moisturisers lessen the likelihood of causing irritation or that unwanted 'burning sensation'. And so this shield cream enables me to get some antioxidants into my skincare routine comfortably, and without any negative side effects - mainly because this cream favours Centella Asiatica and Allantoin to soothe skin whilst the active ingredients take affect. ⁣ ⁣ This cream retains moisture well, but not heavily as the main moisturising ingredients are lightweight (i.e. beta-Glucan, panthenol, squalane, hyaluronic acid) and therefore are truly beneficial for oily skin types as recommended by the brand. ⁣ Overall, I think the formula is pretty impressive.
