I like that this toner has the ability to minimize the appearance of pores, giving my skin a smoother and more refined look. Also by removing impurities and dullness, it brightens my skin. When using this toner, I do not use cotton balls or pads. I just take a generous amount on my cupped fingers and apply to my face. You can use this twice a day in the morning and before bed for best results but since I have dry skin, I use it only in the mornings.
