it has milky runny texture, unexpectedly very hydrating. I can skip my HA serum when using this. It works really well calming down redness and irritation.It makes my PIE soothe down and overall complexion looks more well toned

idk but, 20ml feel too little for me lol..that's all the problem I have with this product. Overall it does the job
