Centella Water Alcohol-Free Toner
This is a good basic toner. I bought it mainly for the centella aspect to help soothe and heal the skin. If that is an ingredient you like, check it this.
For me personally, it didn't wow me. I didn't see any immediate or drastic differences.even after finishing the bottle! My skin just doesn't miss it I guess. And for the price and the ingredients, I prefer the Etude House Soon Jung toner instead.
