Pond's - ShadowSnow review for Vitamin Micellar Water D-Toxx Charcoal

This product is a good micellar water. It is marketed as makeup remover but I often use it as toner. I feel clean and fresh right after. My face also feels plump for a while right after using this. The texture is watery and it absorbs easily. It doesn’t leave an oily or tacky feeling. It is also cheap!
