Too sticky to be a mist. I cannot say I have seen any long term benefit from using this, and it has been about two months. Definitely would not use under makeup. Layering it with other skincare will make the difference between hydrated and oily face, that’s how sticky it is. Leaves your face shinny, rather than glowy or “glassy.” Too expensive to be that useless.
