This is such a great toner for dry or combo skin. The toner is a milky hydrating toner that hydrates and moisturizes the skin. The toner easily absorbs into the skin leaving a soft finish to the skin. Layering the toner a few times can leave a tacky finish that goes away when I layer on more products. It's very nice and can serve as a moisturizer for people with oily skin.
