This toner has the consistency of both serum and toner mixed so it’s more on the viscous side. Its packaging is sleek and there’s no risk of pouring out too much since it’s a pump type. It hydrated my skin with its Hyaluronic Acid. I apply this on wet-damp skin, as I do with products that contain HA. It instantly plumps up my skin and helped reduce texture. I don’t have to use cotton pads and I apply it directly on my face. The scent reminds me of baby cologne.
