At first I didnt like this serum , but I was applying it wrong (I applied it when my skin was too dry) I absolutely love it now and sso glad I have a back up , I got both from ipsy one was included in my glam bad plus and got the other for free with my points . I have noticed definite brightening effects, and for it to be 20% I have experienced no irritation from it.
