This is a great cleansing balm that spreads well and melts into my skin smoothly. It effectively cleans away any makeup and dirt from the day. It contains perilla herb extract, which contributes to a minty herbal smell (basically similar to how perilla leaves taste if you’ve had them!). It wasn’t my favorite scent to be honest, but I didn’t mind it too much and still really enjoyed using this as the first step in my double cleanse! The perilla herb extract is meant to protect the skin from air pollutants and cleanse the skin of fine dusts.
