A jelly-like gel-patch that contours to your under eye area. I noticed nothing drastic other than it did perk up my eyes a bit. Made me feel very refreshed! I would highly advise you store these in a fridge, the coolness of the serum infused patch AND the fridge together would make these quite the treat for tired, dull, exhausted eyes!
