can you guys help me to make a routine for 65+? one that’s effective🙏

I want to buy products for a full routine, but I don’t know the right products for my skin type and I don’t want to spend a lot of money on them. I was hoping for some good, effective products, but some that don’t have an exaggerated price. If you guys can recommend me products for all the steps of the routine, that would be just great.
My skin type is:dry and sensitive.

This VT Cica Mild Cleansing Balm impresses through its mild cleansing properties.

I had some irritations due to a combination of active ingredients both in the evening and the morning routine, a lot of redness, but I am sure it was on my behalf.

The Goodal Green Tangerine Vitamin C Dark Spot Serum improves dark spots, offering a brightening effect. Due to its Niacinamide ingredient, it calms the skin and restores its brightness. 
The light-weight formula is quickly absorbed on the skin, and its suitable for sensitive skin.

👉First of all, I like how this product calms my skin(my skin is extremely sensitive) due to its gotu kola extract.
👉It hydrates the skin, restores it and prevents irritations.
👉Its non-sticky texture it’s absorbed quickly onto the skin, while the Centella Asiatica extract, the main ingredient, soothes the skin and moisturizes it.
👉How to apply it:
📌Use the pipette to draw product from the package.
📌Apply enough drops on your skin and neck.
📌You can also layer it for a deeper moisturizing effect.
I saw results after the first use and I simply found the product that doesn’t hurt my skin, but even more, it soothes and calms it.

i sometimes wish it was a little bit stronger&ph balancing, but right now, moisturizing is enough for me.

i really like the bottle, the fact that is really big  and you can keep it for a longer period of time, i also like its texture&smell of aloe. it is very moisturizing and gentle.
