I am 19's and i am using Tretinoin 0.05% for 3 months I was just wondering can you totally prevent acne from coming back

Totally means like 0 to 3 acne

Can you totally stop acne with Tretinoin

(Male 19 years old)
Skin types : combination very dry on chin and nose corner

Routine : adapalene 0.1% x4 a week azelaic acid 20% x3 a week

Been using Tretinoin 0.05% for 95 days and switch to adapalene 0.01% and have been using it for 35 days (Total of 130 days on retinoid)

For azelaic acid have us it for 1 month only

I get 2 to 3 Papule acne once a week and i am prone to get PIH & PIE

My acne is mostly on my cheek and some on my forehead

Any recommendations for treating male teen hormonal acne.

1. Tretinoin
2. Benzoyl peroxide
3. Azelaic acid
4. Bha

Skin barrier maintenance routine
1. Snail secretion filtrate 
2. Hyaluronic acid
3. Simple routine

Below is my current skincare routine
Sometimes i will use benzoyl peroxide 5% in the morning for spot treatment
(Been using for 2 month no improvement)

I been using Tretinoin 0.05% for 4 month now.
2 to 3x a week
But i still got 2 to 3 inflammatory acne per two week is it normal? Because i get alot of pie and pih

Second question
Can i switch from 0.05% Tretinoin to 0.025%
Because when i use 0.05% max i can go is 3x a week but sometimes it will also peel my skin

My skin type: Combo&#47;oily, I love the smell but others maybe not a fan of the smell though. It&#39;s not horrendous by any means. To sum it up: - didn&#39;t clog my pores. - pretty hydrating, but after an hour it gets really dry so you need to pack on the moisture before applying this if you&#39;re dry. - cakes up (especially with makeup) if you&#39;re not patient and slap on a large blob. You need to apply it in thin layers. (Two pea size amount for one application, so two layers) - very sufficient amount, lasts for a while. -Has a white cast that disappears after a few minutes.

Need to use more then normal because it doesn&#39;t foam

I made a mistake and was over exfoliating so my skin became sensitive. This repaired my skin barrier and quenches the dry skin immediately! It does not leave you feeling sticky and also doesn’t have a heavy feeling. It’s a hero product!

Useless and make my skin more acne prone
