I have had my skin microbiome tested and the results are that I have dry skin. So, of course I know I need moisturizer, but I am wondering what are the best products to use for anti-ageing, wrinkle prevention, and darkspot care, that do not make my dry skin worse? Are there particular types of serums or brands that you have found helpful? Thanks in advance for any help you can provide fellow pickys!

Best products for dry skin?

I am looking for a good retinal containing product. I recently read that retinal has better effects on anti-aging than retinol, but can be more harsh. So I am hoping to get some suggestions from my fellow pickys. Thanks!

Does anyone have any suggestions with good hair repair products? Whether it's leave in conditioner, hair masks, or good old home remedies, I am looking to repair split ends and frizziness. It has never been much of an issue before. I even cut my hair from my waist to the middle of my shoulder blades. Thanks in advance.

What are some good sleep routine products? I have had a really hard time building a solid routine aside from washing my face and throwing on some serums. I know I need consistency. Please Help!

Sleepy time help

You guys were so much help last time... so here goes. I have insomnia and severe sleep apnia, so I sleep with a bi-pap machine. The constant air flow dries out my lips and the skin around my lips. I use lip scrubs and lip masks, but what suggestions does anyone have for treating the tender skin at the corners of my lips without making the skin oily or greasy? Thanks for any help you might suggest!

The Propolis Energy Calming Ampoule by Wishtrend is a fantastic moisturizing product. It is full of antioxidants to help fight the aging process and has antibacterial properties as well. It is a little thicker than a serum, and can be a bit sticky, so its best used as a night time application after cleansing and toning. I love it!

The Transport Exfoliating Glycolic Acid Pads by the Somme Institute are a great way to get a quick clean when you need it. They are really ideal for exfoliation on a clean face, as that's what they were designed for. I use them for both. I find them gentle enough to use any time, as they don't irritate my skin at all. 

The Mary and May blackberry washoff pack is really amazing. You can feel the bits of blackberry in the product helping to scrub your face clean as you wash. It left my face feeling clean and very soft. This is one of my new favorites!

I disliked the smell. It seemed like a more masculine product. It reminded me of the inside of a vehicle after having it cleaned.  There wasn't enough lather to make my hair feel well cleaned, but again my hair is long and very thick. I am sure it would be fine for plenty of people.

The Urban& Shampoo bar for refreshing scalp is worth a try. I have long very thick hair and found it to be less than pleasant. The smell was a bit off putting as well. It still seemed like a well made product and would serve well in a pinch, like if you were camping. It was just not effective with all of my hair.

This product from Skin1004, the  Zombie Pack, is definitely my favorite for pore tightening and lifting. It is much more advanced than I thought it would be. I enjoy mixing the dry and wet ingredients, and using the included brush to paint the product on my face makes it a lot of fun, too. When I wash it off, my face is left feeling taut, soft, and smooth. My skin feels brand new. I can not get enough of the Zombie Beauty by Skin 1004. It's truly amazing, and that's why I suggest everyone try it!    #myskin1004fave
