SKIN&LAB - [ Porebarrier Cleansing Balm ] 🌼

✨I love cleansing balms but never tried one with BHA before this. The Pore Barrier balm contains BHA complex for removing impurities, serum and makeup. 

✨Has a light floral sweet scent that lingers. I adore it but If you have trouble with fragrance this might be an issue. It has a sherbet like texture, very soft and emulsifies well.

✨I was a little apprehensive if it would sting my eyes but it hasn’t at all. It has fragrance too. It is also vegan and cruelty free.

✨Other than that, the cleansing power is good and helps removing make-up without much effort. I only need to learn how to measure properly using cleansing balm cause I often overdo it.

✨I use this on exfoliating nights for an added punch to my routine and sunny days where sunscreen has been used in abundance to reduce clogged pores. 

✨Oily skintypes can probably use it daily without issue but as someone with dry skin I’m a little more careful. It helps to remove waterproof sunscreen and make-up really well.

🍂This toner is designed for oily/combo skin, yet I find this very hydrating for my dry skin. I can also see that this calms my occasional purging and redness from retinol. I think this helps in controlling excessive sebum in my skin. This is also great for soothing out sensitive skin as green tea is known for having Tannins which has anti-inflammatory properties in them. In my opinion, this toner is great for all skin types.

🍂Its texture is very watery so it is easily absorbed by the skin. It helps my serums to penetrate better. Also its fresh green tea feeling when patting on my face is everything. I am a very big fan of watery toners. I have a thing for them. It’s really soothing and hydrating. It has a dark tea-like color with a little tea and grassy scent which doesn’t linger too long. I also find the scent very pleasant and relaxing.

🍂It smells like a herbal tea. Kinda remind me of old books too. It’s subtle, nice, and calming. I personally love it, but I know some people who don’t. It depends on your preference, really. The color reminds me of a freshly brewed tea, so pretty! But don’t worry, the color would not leave any stains.This product is free of parabens, pigment, artificial fragrance, animal ingredients, surfactants, mineral oil, alcohol, silicone and fragrance.

💦I love this sun gel, it is very similar to their other sun gel but it’s only SPF 30 however it can be used both indoors and outdoors. It is great for every day use, and is very light and hydrating. This product also contains 10 different types of hyaluronic acid which is great as well. 

💦The product itself is white and creamy with a gel-like texture with little to no scent. It absorbs well into the skin and does not leave behind any sort of greasy finish. Instead it leaves your skin feeling hydrated and refreshed. It’s got a very lightweight feeling to it.

💦The consistency is lightweight, but spreadable. The product inside of the tube is white. The scent is extremely mild which explains that this one is sensitive skin friendly. Even perfect for reapplications. Very hydrating and moisturizing. Im in love with this.
