It can cause purging sometimes. It also could be a bit drying if you apply gel cream afterward. Recommend using thick cream after this product. However, if comparing to other exfoliating or acne treating ingredients, this has less irritation, less drying and cause less purging especially safe for sensitive skin and pregnancy women.

This is gentle yet effective acne treatment I’ve ever used. This product can be use all over your face or use as a spot cream. It has calmed my redness and cystic acne in a very short time. It also helped fading my hyperpigmentation as well. This product can be use with products safely. Moreover, if you’re struggling with rosacea, this is your go to treatment.

However, this contains essential oils (Orange peel oil, tea tree leaf oil, lavender oil). This sunscreen is not waterproof or resistant to water. Not an ideal sunscreen for swimming. 
Sometimes, my skin was prone to breakout after using this. Just sometimes, not all the time.

This sunscreen is so lightweight and absorbs quickly. Great for oily acne-prone skin. It leaves a very slight white cast on my skin if comparing to another mineral sunscreen like purity comfy water sunblock. Because of its slightly white cast, it kinda tones up my skin tone.

It contains some essential oils. If your skin is sensitive to essential oil, this serum is not recommended.

My face looks so healthy bright glow and plump after using this serum. It smells refreshing. It is recommended by Liah Yoo.

It doesn’t calm my break-out and acnes at all.

Since it does contain natural BHA, it could be a bit drying sometimes so I wouldn’t recommend for those with dry skin. If you’re sensitive to tea tree oil, this might not be for you.

In my opinion, this is a great cleanser for those who have sensitive skin and want to gently exfoliate their skin. It smells like tea tree oil, so refreshing. It does clean the dirt, sebum, sunscreen and other excess impurities. Moreover, it doesn’t break me out. Love this!
