I wouldn’t say it’s bad but it’s not effective for severe skin concerns. So I’d recommend, combining this toner with other targeted products.

It has a lightweight, watery texture, mild and pleasant rice scent. It’s also gentle and suitable for my sensitive skin. It’s cruelty free and vegan friendly 

The toner helps to brighten and hydrate the skin. I love that it leaves a finish glow and it’s not sticky at all. I’d recommend this toner for sensitive skin girlies.
