So, I just got a CO2 laser treatment yesterday. And this is how my skin looks like close up the day after. You can see the little laser dot, it will heal within a week said the derm. 

Hopefully I’ll get a great result after 😝

Heii guys, so here is my skin progress after laser treatment. Some of you told me to keep you posted about the progress. 

So, what I notice on day 6 is my skin is looking more radiant and glowing. The skin texture is also improved. As for hyperpigmentation, the derm told me it would take much longer time for the skin collagen to form.

And this is my bare skin under natural lighting. What do you guys think? 🤔

Day 6 after Laser

- Contains fragrance (non disturbing for me, but might be for some people) 
- It’s not fungal acne safe (for those suffered from fungal acne)

✨ Key star ingredients: matcha water 93%, Natural BHA, PHA, Anti Sebum P 0.5%, Skinpore Controller 1% 

Before using this serum to my entire face, I did patch test for 3 days. During those 3 days, I didn’t encounter any allergy, irritation nor breakout so I proceeded using the serum to my entire face. 

✨First impression 

I was surprised by its texture, it is very watery, lightweight, and fast absorbing on the skin. I love the texture so much, it is really formulated for oily skin. Once applied, the serum melts from gel to water. It gives soothing effect on the skin. 

Usually, my skin gets really oily after 2-3 hours. However, I notice that my skin is not as shiny as usual after using this serum. This contributes to the appearance of my pores, it looks slightly smaller. My skin type is super oily, so I’m kind of surprise of this amazing effect. It also helps to flattened the tiny bumps on my forehead (most likely because of the BHA in the serum). 

This serum has fragrance, the scent isn’t strong and still tolerable. Personally, I can tolerate fragrance in skincare so it’s fine for me. 

✨Usage: 
I don’t use this serum everyday cause it contains exfoliating ingredients such as BHA and PHA. 
I use this during the day between toner and moisturizer steps followed with sunscreen 

✨Pros: 
- The pump makes it very easy and sterile to dispense the product 
- Lightweight consistency, gel to water consistency suitable for oily skin 
- Fast absorbing on the skin
- No sticky feeling 
- Alcohol, paraben, sulfate, silicone, and oil free. It’s non-comedogenic as well

Overall , I think this serum does what it says to be. Specifically formulated for oily skin with enlarged pores. It controls my sebum production and helps with acne too

This one breaks me out. I thought it was purging, but no it is not. I have given this sometime to work by giving it a try using on my face multiple times. 

However, everytime I use this product in the morning, in the afternoon when I wash my face I can see a new acne bump that is about to form. One morning, I woke up to find a cystic acne on my chin.

So saddd, really hope this product works for me

I’ve been using this for a week now, and I can see my PIH is getting a little better. In addition, my skin tone is more even. 

The texture is a bit thick, but fast-absorbing. It doesn’t get foamy once applied onto the skin. Love the formulation of tranexamic acid and niacinamide, which really target discoloration. 

The ingredients list is very detail, very honest on the percentage of the ingredients. So far, so good for me. It doesn’t cause irritation or break out on me. It doesn’t make my skin feeling sticky, heavy, or whatsoever. 

I’m going to see its performance during the next week, I’ll update again after 2 weeks of using this product.

It doesn’t give me any visible effect. The claim is to control oil and water balance on the skin, as well as for pore care. However, my skin feels a bit more oily than usual when I’m using this serum compared to my old serum from TO Niacinamide 10%. As for pores, it doesn’t do much either.

Review: 
I always pay attention to the consistency &#47; texture of the serum before diciding to purchase it. This serum consistency is watery, doesn’t leave any residue or feels sticky on the skin. 

It’s also easy to incorporate with other product. Doesn’t irritate my skin or breaking me out on my oily sensitive and acne prone skin.

Review
Before using this to my entire face, I do patch test on my chin where it is the most acne prone spot. When I see no sign of irritation or breakout, I proceed using it to my entire face. 

My first impression about this product is firstly about the texture, I love the texture which is so smooth and spread easily. At first, the smell is slightly overpowering. But, it doesn’t bother me anymore after like 1 minute. 

While rinsing, I can gently massage my face to exfoliate the dead skin cell using the grain from the mask. After rinsing this off, this mask didn’t make my skin feel stripping or dry. Several mask I’ve tried makes my skin feels tighten and absorb all my natural oil. However, this mask doesn’t. It leaves my skin feel soft and smooth. Cause it’s not drying for me, I can use it almost everyday depending on my skin concerns. 

Overall, I find this product worth every penny. As jt contains quite a lot of product which can last for a long time.
