i always confuse between cleanser and scrub, which go first or its depend on the ingredient? please help me

i noticed, most people like sunscreen with no white cast. But for me, i prefer sunscreen that have white cast because it easy to me to know either i have apply full on my face or not and it also tone up my skin.

My current sunscreen that have white cast is Biore. I love this sunscreen but i want to try other sunscreen too

Can you suggest sunscreen that have white cast?

It a bit sticky when you touch your face after used it but after a while it back to normal

It’s keep my face hydrating and reduce my pimple. My face also glowing after a week used it.
