Need help with brightening under eyes

 I haven’t had anything bad about this product yet

 This is a really good vitamin C serum. It has 12% vitamin C and it also has vitamin E in it as well. It leaves my skin filling really soft and smooth and looking very luminous has a really good scent to it. It smells like citrus and oranges. It does also get rid of dark spots and uneven skin tone as well.
