There really isn’t anything bad. I’m certain it works well for other people cause I’ve seen people use it and it does wonders. But for me, I react to it. My skin is pretty sensitive. 
Every serum I have owned, I sadly have reacted to all 3 of them. Including this one. 
So basically, it’s a me problem, and not the product. 

It really is easy to apply, soft on the skin and gracefully hydrates the skin. 

This was the first and still the only face wash that has worked and worked well for me. 
It kept my original complexion while making my face spotless and smooth. I wasn’t using any other product on my face, that’s how I knew it was really REALLY working. Love it! Still using it till now. Never dropping it!✋🩷🩷
