It could be, not that it will,  but could be irritating due to one ingredient. 

Clear and easy to read label, great ingredients and alot of them.  Goes on very smooth and sinks in nicely, not greasy or sticky.

I recieved a sample which I am now in love with and can&#39;t live without!  When the sample was finished I ran out and bought it same day because it was healing my post menopausal cystic acne.   My skin is almost clear, but if you have cystic acne you know it never completely goes away.  Being in control of it is huge to me.  Can&#39;t live without it.  Doesn&#39;t dry my skin out and works.

Dr. Ceuracle Pure VC, The VC stands for Vitamin C.  The bottle is brown glass to protect the serum from light.  I've only used it a few times.  I've had no rashes and it played well with my  facial toner and cream. The serum applied nicely and absorbed quickly without being sticky or oily.  It does have a slight orange color to the serum but  hasn't left color on my skin.  The box is in Korean so I went to @yesstyle  to find the ingredients.  Here are a few vitamin C powder as the first ingredient! From articles I've read powder is the best form of vitamin C for results. Also in the line up is rosemary oil, licorice extract, lavender oil, bergamot oil, hyaluronic acid, panthenol, glycerine, allantoin, vitamin E, tranexamic Acid, ceramide, and a host of other ingredients we love to put on our skin to lighten, brighten, calm our skin to reduce acne, and moisturize.  Today I mixed it with my face cream and it made my skin silky soft.  If in time I see results I will redo my review, as for now I'm very happy with this product.  I couldn't find a mfg website but it is widely available on the internet. The ampoules are .27fl ounces but I had seen it on Amazon for just 12.99 and you only need drops.  If you're looking for vitamin C serum I would suggest trying this one based on ingredients.  I'm switching from my other vitamin C serum to Dr. Ceuracle because of the powdered vitamin C and the brown bottle which protects it.

It pilled when I applied it both with and without my normal skincare routine underneath,  and when I applied make up my wrinkles were more defined

The cool feeling was nice, the packaging was nice, it looked pretty in the jar, and I like the texture

Can feel slightly greasy. Doesn't add hydration. Moisturizes just a little bit

It did protect my face well from the sun.  Have great ingredients.  Doesn't leave a white cast. No odor.
