I have suuuuper dry sensitive skin and get rosacea from a lot of products. I have found some decent moisturizers that help with the dryness, but almost all of them give me tiny zits (or whiteheads, I'm not sure what they're called). Does anyone have recommendations for moisturizers that are great for dry sensitive skin, but also don't cause small breakouts? Or do you guys have any tips for a certain routine that might help with that? Thanks!

Best moisturizer for dry sensitive skin? (also acne concerns)

I have several fine lines and small wrinkles under my eyes...I'm looking for a serum or moisturizer that helps them not show once I apply my foundation. I've tried several different foundations and concealer, and it always seems to cake up in the fine lines showing them. What is your go-to under eye serum or product that you apply before makeup that helps prevent this from happening? I know topical serums and treatments can only do so much, but I guess I'm looking for something that temporarily plumps the area so the lines won't show.

Real Flower Cleansing Water:
Soft slight fragrance, very subtle. Love that I don't need to rinse after use. There was an immediate cooling sensation on my skin right after application. It doesn't overly dry my skin out so it feels really nice. Thoroughly cleans off makeup, softens dry patches. I was impressed considering it's not a wash-off cleanser.

Real Ferment Micro Essence:
Very faint medicinal scent. This was very easy to apply and my skin absorbed it quickly. Didn't cause any irritation. Dries quickly, which makes the routine go a lot quicker.

Vita C Serum:
Nice, citrusy sweet smell. This had the strongest scent out of the 3 bottles. It's a little runny but I applied it with no issues (no liquid running down my face). Afraid it would be sticky, since it felt slightly sticky to the touch, but once it was on my face that sensation went away. Also has cooling effect and my skin feels tighter without feeling dry after use.

All 3 products together hydrated my skin really well, but my face looked a bit overly greasy instead of a more natural dewy look. It felt refreshed but I think the 3 together were a bit much.
Got rid of rough/dry patches and dead skin and reduced redness on my cheeks (this is where I get the most rosacea). 
My main problem area for dryness (forehead) still needed a little extra hydration, so I applied Obagi moisturizer. After that my skin felt pretty good.

Felt like I'd used a 6+ step routine instead of 3. The products feel thin initially, but they build up on the skin.

Bio-Peels:
The green tea one definitely smells almost exactly like green tea (I don't really like the scent for this one). I prefer the wine peel, it has a sweet berry scent. I used the soft side on most of my face and used the textured side on areas where I have dry patches. My skin felt so silky after using this. I think this was my favorite product out of the bunch. An hour later and my skin still feels so soft. I followed with my normal toner, serum, and moisturizer and felt like these products got absorbed better than usual. I will definitely be buying more of these. The wine bio-peel was my favorite product in the kit.

In order of preference I'd say: Bio-Peels-->Vita C Serum-->Real Flower Cleansing Water-->Real Ferment Micro Essence. They're all lovely products though! And I should probably mention that I'm new to K beauty, so these products were slightly different than what I'm used to.

Also, the stickers are adorable and I decorated the back of my phone with some of them 😊

Picky Neogen Kit review!

Received my potions very recently and while I reviewed each product individually, I wanted to post my comprehensive review here also. Very pleased with this set and will definitely be incorporating all 3 into my daily routine 😊



Peptide ampoule:
I received this product for free from Picky and The Potions in exchange for my honest review. 
Loved the packaging! Absolutely adorable. There was no detectable scent for this product, which was really nice. It was fairly thin but really easy to apply and it dries very quickly. Left no stickiness or residue. My skin looked slightly dewy after I applied it but it didn't feel heavy in any way. I haven't used it long enough to see the benefits of the collagen and other peptides improving my skin's texture dramatically, but I'm happy with what I've seen so far.

It might dry *too* quickly? I used 3 drops and tried to spread them around my face but they dried before I covered all of my skin so I had to use more. I'd recommend using 1 drop at a time and spreading it around different areas.

 Hyaluronic Acid ampoule: 
Again, loved the packaging for the potions! So sleek and cute. I applied this a minute after the peptide ampoule, and it had a similar effect. It dried very quickly and felt extremely light and breathable. I was able to apply this one evenly before it dried. I'd say it dries a second or 2 slower than the peptide, but it still dries quickly enough to make application super simple and efficient. I also felt no residue from this ampoule. It just left my skin feeling slightly softer and refreshed.

There were really no downsides to this ampoule. It dried perfectly, left no residue, and I could barely tell that I'd applied anything to my skin, except for the fact that it felt softer and healthier.

Jojoba serum:
After cleansing and using a light toner, I used all 3 potions in this order: Peptide ampoule-->Hyaluronic Acid-->Jojoba Serum. I was surprised at how light the texture of this serum was once applied to my skin. It seemed a bit thick/gooey, but was lighter once applied. For a serum, it definitely clogged my pores less than most do. I used a light moisturizer after and then my skin felt perfectly primed for foundation. Also it was completely odorless and no irritation whatsoever.

This did leave my skin feeling slightly sticky, but the stickiness went away after about 10 minutes. If you're in a rush in the morning, I might skip this one but I'll definitely be using it at night along with the others. Once I waited a few minutes, I was able to able my moisturizer and foundation with no issues. I've posted photos of before the 3 potions, after the potions, and with makeup on after.

The Lovely Potions Set!

Nothing really! It does leave slight residue on your hands if you use them to apply it, but just rinsing your hands afterwards gets rid of that.

I really loved this cream! It will be my new go-to moisturizer (I was previously using Obagi). The container is really cute and sleek. It's easy to open and the product is easy to apply. It came with a little scooping stick to get out of the jar. You could also use your fingers, but it's a fairly thick cream, so you'd have to rinse your hands afterwards. After application I immediately felt a cooling, soothing sensation. My skin felt plump and fully moisturized. When I used this in my nightly routine, I did not experience any breakouts the next morning. It also reduced redness on my face. My skin also still felt moisturized the next day. The smell is faint but really lovely too. A little bit goes a long way, so don't slather too much on at first. I'll definitely be buying more of this when I run out!

The only negative about this product (not sure if this is true for the full size) is it might be difficult to get the last of the product out of the container. It&amp;#39;s glass and uses a small dip applicator. It&amp;#39;s been working so far but I&amp;#39;m not sure I&amp;#39;ll be able to get into the corners of the bottle when it&amp;#39;s almost empty.

Got a sample of this product and I absolutely love it! A tiny bit goes a long way and the sample has lasted me quite a while, but I plan to purchase full size when I&amp;#39;m done. It leaves the skin under my eyes feeling soft and refreshed, and has started to reduce some very fine lines under the wells of my eyes. Also not irritating for sensitive skin. Would definitely recommend!
