I’ve been in the skincare world for almost a year and have tried various products specifically to target my acnes and scars, however, as seen in the picture below thats the area of my left cheeks that I’ve been tryibg to fix. May I ask if that is really serious or it may still be fixed with just skincare products? May I also ask for some products and advices on how to remove my hyperpigmentation and acnes aside from goibg to the derm as COVID is rly scary?

I’ve been thinking of buying a toner but I’m not really sure on wht to buy. My choices r cosrx bha aha vit. C, cosrx full fit propolis toner, or the cosrx hydrium toner. My main concerns are acne, brightening and soothing, which I believe the cosrx aha bha vit.C can offer. However, I do have a dry/sensitive skin and I’m afraid that it will sting. So may i ask suggestions on whether what toner i should use? Should i push through with the cosrx aha bha vit.C one? Or is the cosrx AC collection tonee is better?

However, it takes quite a while for the whitecast to not be visible. And not rly recommendable for those with darker skin tones.

I received this product for free from Picky and Rom&nd in exchange for my honest review.

Just like its counterpart, it also dries and absorb quickly on the face. It is also very lightweight as if there isnt any sunscreen on your face. It also give a slight tone up effect and didn’t irritate my skin in any way. It’s also color pink and this is the first time that I have seen a pink sunscreen. Overall, it seems good.

However, there are times that this product irritates my skin but that barely happens. Nonetheless, I have nothing much bad to say about this product as I love it!!

Claims: This product is said to lighten and brighten your face and dark spots as well.

Price: Considering the prices of all the other sleeping masks, I think this is very affordable for most as the products given by some by mi has great quality even if its price range isn’t that high.

Texture: The sleeping mask’s texture is actually not too thick yet not too watery as well. So basically it has a moisturizer type lf texture which I love as it isn’t too sticky unlike other sleeping masks that I have tried before and it is easily spreadable.

Scent: It has a scent of a typical vit C product. With kind of an orange like scent, but the scent isn’t too strong yet not too weak as well. And I honestly live the scent of this product.

Personal experience: For the first few months, I used this product twice a week to make my skin adapt to the vitamin C product as this is the first vit C-like product that I have used. But after a month I use this product every other day to boost effects on my skin and to also brighten my dark spots. So overall this product has help me lighten my dark spots and also my moisturize my face as well, but ofcourse it took a while to see the effects because as they say “patience is virtue.” This product can also be used as a moisturizer in the day and night as this product really moisturizes my face really well. All in all, this product can both lighten my darkspots and also moisturize my face so it kinda acts as a 2 in 1 moisturizer and sleeping mask 😅😅.

For those with sensitive skin like me, I don’t really recommend this product because it oftenly stings my face after application. It also has a white-cast and barely blends in specially for those with darker skin tone. Honestly, I thought that this would be a great sunscreen but I don’t think this sunscreen is meant for my skin.

This sunscreen is very lightweight and runny. It is also soothing and calming at times as it has tea tree in it. And due to its very evident white cast, this sunscreen is more suitable for those with lighter skin-tone.

After weeks of use, this product stings my face and it really dried up my face and I had to use thick cream moisturizer inorder to help moisturize my face again. I’m not really sure if others had the same experience as me. I would still recommend to use this product every other day, but be at your own risk.

Texture: Just like any other facial cleansers it has a kind of thick watery texture and bubbles up when you spread it to your wet face.

Scent: It has a scent, like soap?? Can’t really describe it but I think that this product is fragrance-free.

Price: This cleanser is very very affordable and you can even find it in drugstores or groceries here in the Philippines.

Personal experience: At the start, this cleanser was really good like on how my face feels so fresh and moisturize after washing and it really amazed me. However, after a week or two, it started irritating my skin and made my skin really dry so I was kind of shocked since the first few weeks were good, but it turned out badly.

However, it has some visible changes on my skin but it is little to none and whenever i use it, my skin feels kinda tight afterwards. But overall, I love this product and I’ll wait more to see if it can really help with my hyperpigmentation and acne.

I’ve been using it for about a month or 2 already and I can say that this product has somehow reduced my acne and it is very affordable compared to other serums.
