It's expensive ($36.00 for me) and isn't fragrance-free. 

I don't use the oil cleanser diurnal; I double cleanse with no other product (atm). Diurnal might differ from occasional use: it removes makeup but doesn't eliminate blackheads and excess sebum, as claimed.

Mine became lodged in the lid, inconveniencing the application process.

This lip balm is description-accurate and coconut-scented. Essential for coconut lovers!
