Everyone seems to struggle with acne marks, so here's a lil research i did and what products help me fade mine 

****Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) Vs Post-inflammatory erythema (PIE).**** 

■ PIH is a melanin response that leaves a dark mark on the skin. 

PIH can happen when a pimple is irritated by picking or squeezing. 

PIH can be the result of an injury to the skin from a scratch, heat, UV exposure, or chemical burn. 

PIH tends to be more common in darker skin tones because of the abundance of melanin.


■ PIE appears as pink or red marks on the surface of the skin. 

Like PIH, PIE is caused by picking at pimples, UV exposure, chemicals, injury, or irritation. 

Most people have both.


■Best ingredients for fading PIH : 

•mandelic acid 

•vitamins A & C 

•niacinamide 

•kojic acid 

•lactic acid 

•hydroquinone.

■Ingredients to fade PIE :  

•Niacinamide 

•vitamins A, C, & E 

•peptides 

•green tea extract 

•lactic acid 

•aloe vera 

•allantoin

⚠️UV Protection is Required For Both PIH and PIE
Sun will darken PIH and further inflame PIE.

PIH and PIE / post acne marks

I have persistent hyperpigmentation because of acne, I'm using Niacinamide, PHA and retinol (for 4months) and it just wont go away 😢 any product/tip that can help ? 
I'm desperate

Vita C and Niacinamide are two of the most famous ingredients out there, so which one do you prefer ? Niacinamide or vitamin C ?
I personally prefer Niacinamide because my skin is sensitive so the majority of vita c products itch !

It might clog pores for some ! It doesn&#39;t cause acne but sometimes it clogs the pores on my nose !

I absolutely LOVE this product, this is my holy grail for rosacea flare-ups, it&#39;s so soothing and makes my skin glow ! I use it as a night cream or as a mask when my skin needs extra hydration !
It has Panthenol and Centella asiatica extract ! Two of my fav ingredients out there.
It&#39;s also amazing for irritated skin, I even use it after waxing !

There's nothing bad about this product
If I could give it more than 5/5 I would

𝑻𝒉𝒐𝒖𝒈𝒉𝒕𝒔:
I absolutely love this sunscreen.
It's is a physical sunscreen that spreads easily and doesn't leave a white cast on my skin (it disappears after a minute or two)
It doesn't pill and it's an amazing base for makeup. It hydrates my skin and gives it a beautiful and healthy glow. My skin doesn't get oily throughout the day which is so impressive, even when I wear a mask.
It also didn't irritate my sensitive skin at all. I think this spf is great for all skin types !
This is my first korean spf and I'm glad it was because I had the best first experience ever, so thank you ISNTREE and PICKY for giving me the opportunity to try it
(If anyone wants to gift me skincare give me this spf please thank you 🤣)

This gel cream is so moisturizing yet lightweight. It gives a cooling and calming effect and smooths the skin. It doesn't pill under sunscreen or makeup.
I prefer using it in my nighttime routine because I have combination to oily skin.
The packaging is so cute, and it comes in a 110ml jar which is amazing for a moisturizer.
This is perfect for drier skin types who prefer lightweight moisturizers.

This is my favorite product from their newest onion newpair line. It gets absorbed easily thanks to its lightweight texture, and keeps my skin hydrated all day/night.
This moisturizer is perfect for combination and oily skin as it delivers the hydration and moisture without it being heavy or clogging any pores.
It has amazing hydrating, soothing and brightening ingredients that help with acne and acne marks.
After using the whole newpair range my spots did heal faster and my skin looks brighter and more hydrated.

This is an amazing gentle cleanser for oily skin. 
👉🏻This cleanser has Niacinamide, which helps control sebum production so it might help with acne if the source of your acne is excess sebum, Ceramides which is great for skin barrier, and Hyaluronic acid which is known for hydrating the skin and being great for all skin types!
👉🏻This has a clear gel texture that foams up nicely.
👉🏻It isn&#39;t stripping like some oily skin cleansers and wont dry out your skin which makes it perfect for sensitive and combination to oily skin!
You can use this all year round!
👉🏻This does remove makeup but its best to double cleanse.
👉🏻Ive used this for years and I loved it ! Its also really affordable and comes in a big bottle.
I honestly dont think we should be spending a lot of money on a cleanser, so this cleanser is perfect for normal to oily sensitive skin, it does its job !
