Do you use both Essence and toner? I find that toner makes my skin feel “tight” and makes it feel dry whereas essence water makes my skin supple. As a result, I no longer use toner. I only use Essence.  Do you use toner? What are the benefits that you see from using your toner?

Hydrating mists are becoming popular but I don’t see how it fits in with the skincare routine. Do you spray as part of your essence/toner, do you spray it on after moisturizing, or do you carry it around with you all day and spray it throughout the day?

The texture reminds me of my soft contact lens and is very delicate. 

The first few times i used this,  the eye patches didn’t adhere to my skin well. It kept slipping. When I try to move it with my fingers, it tore. 
I have since realized that I’m not supposed apply moisturizer first.  When i use the patches before moisturizing, it adheres very well to my skin.

This eye patch is filled with deep sea marine ingredients such as seawater, sea kelp, sea algae. The ingredients are derived from nature, not chemicals. 

The eye mask is supposed to protect the delicate skin around the eye area and help skin keep firm. 

Upon applying this, I love the initial cool and refreshing feeling under my eyes! It’s an instant pick me up! I like that the patches come with a little spatula to pick up the eye mask. The mask is very slippery and sticky so this is very helpful to have.

Over the last year, I have become obsessed with toners and essence water. What seemed like a minor step in my routine is now my favorite and most important step.  

The Supple Preparation Unscented Toner is a best seller with a cult following. Having tested  this product for a few weeks now, I can see why! 

Ingredients:
The key ingredients are 2 of my favorites: 
- Centella Asiatica Extract for calming the skin
- hyaluronic acid for hydrating the skin

Usage:
It’s very simple to use. After cleansing my face. I squeeze a few drops onto a cotton pad and I dab the liquid all over my face. 

My Thoughts:
This toner makes my face feel supple and ready to fully absorb my next skincare product. I feel like my products work better after using this toner step.  The toner also makes my face feel softer and more hydrated.  
I love the design of the bottle too. The liquid doesn’t gush out- it slowly drips out so you can better control how much to dispense. 

This product is cruelty free and vegan friendly. 

I will definitely restock after I’m done with this bottle!

This eye butter is appropriately named because it is buttery soft! It’s spreads around the eye area easily and smoothly. 
I like that my eye area feels hydrated and moisturized after applying this. It is lightweight enough to apply during my AM routine. 
This comes in a squeeze tube which is much more hygienic than the jars. 

I did notice a bit of tackiness after applying to my face and it took longer than most essence waters to absorb but that is probably because it is more viscous.

The Mixsoon Soondy Centella Asiatica Essence water is more hydrating than most essence waters I’ve tried. The viscosity is also a little thicker. 
I love that this doesn’t have a lot of ingredients. Keeping it simple and pure, it only contains water, centella and  butylene glycol (humectant)! 

According to the brand, you can use this in various ways:
- Use as a mask by soaking a cotton pad and leave it on your face for 10 minutes
- Mix with your skincare products 10:1 ratio
- Use as an essence water 
- Use as a face mist by putting this in a face mist bottle for hydration throughout the day. 
I’ve only used this as an essence water.  It gives my face an extra boost of hydration  underneath my skincare products. 

This is scented which might bother some people.
