Routine for oily/resilient skin: a guide to newbie

Hi, a rainy Thursday night from my country 🇵🇭 Today, I wanna talk about a particular brand, Cerave. What are your thoughts about it? Does it help prevent acne and reduce oil production to face?

Are Cerave products good for Oily/Resilient skin type?

I have used several products before and none of them works for my skin. As I was looking through other products and reviews, I noticed that most of the products they used were expensive, so maybe you could help me look for good products that are suitable for my skin type (oily acne-prone) and affordable at the same time because it's really hard to buy products that I'm not even sure if it would work on my skin. 

(Also, I'm still a college student so I have to be wise in buying skincare products)
