This has been a long and painful journey. I managed to completely transform my skin in about 6-7 months. My skin is not perfect and I do still get breakouts and irritations but I have learnt soo much from all the mistakes I have made.
Some skincare/ healthy skin tips:

-Do not exfoliate everyday😣 so many products with active ingredients are marketed as “safe for daily use”. They are not. I had very resilient skin and now my skin is permanently “sensitive”

-Damaged skin barrier is not only “oh my skin is burning after all skincare products (even those that are soothing)” . A damaged skin barrier can be the cause of acne. 

- Check your ingredients. It is better to invest in high quality skincare than buy a lot just for the fun of it. EWG ingredients are soo worth it. 

-Do not believe all content creators or assume that what works for them has to work for you. If it burns it is a NO😌

-You can skip cleanser in the morning😍

-Do not pick on your pimples😆 I know its hard but trust me, it is not worth it. 

-Change those pillow cases every 2-3 days

-Check for any vitamin or mineral deficiencies. I lacked vitamin D

-Less is more❤️ when it comes to skincare

For me it has to be the BePlain Chamomile PH-Balance toner. It made my sensitive skin feel amazing and it also made my skin soo soft, never expireinced something like that with another skincare product❤️😅

That ONE skincare products that changed your life (skin)?

-my favorite HA product ever
-does not leave your skin feeling sticky (this is very common for other HA serums)
-when applied on damp skin, results are almost immediate, plumps and hydrates the skin.
-extra points for beautiful, luxurious feeling packaging.
-fragrance free
-I use it every single day, (sometimes even twice a day), does not react negatively with any other product (nor any actives)

Sat for 10 minutes trying to figure out what is bad about this product, my conclusion= Absolutely NOTHING

-Extremely moisturizing yet non-comedogenic
-Perfect for sensitive or irritated skin
-Even though I have combination skin I apply it daily on areas that need extra hydration 
-Fragrance free, suitable for even the most sensitive skin tones
-Helps with redness 
-Available also in a version that contains spf 50
-Highly accessible 
-Affordable

-packaging is not hygienic, contaminating can easily occur (would prefer if it came in a tube form or a pump packaging)

-extremely hydrating especially when applied on damp skin
-quick to absorb, but sense of hydration does not leave
-fragrance free
-affordable
-because of HA skin is left extremely plump
-tip: love it as a makeup primer as well

-the pump cannot be rotated (to stop the product) so, not travel friendly (does come with a sort of “plug” but it is tiny and I personally lost it after a couple of weeks)
-I cannot justify the price (there is nothing too special or unique about the product)

-does the job, perfect for double cleansing (removes all makeup and sunscreen)
-the glitter in the oil makes it feel luxurious, improves the overall experience 
-subtle smell (which is no issue, since it is on my face for only 30 seconds)
-luxurious packaging

-nothing negative.. maybe only that the packaging is not too aesthetically pleasing

-scented (very pleasant subtle scent, on my face for only 20 seconds, does not cause irritation)
-perfect for double cleansing
-removes even waterproof makeup
-affordable 
-not too oily, easily washes off
