If the product comes into contact with the eyes, it’ll sting. Sometimes takes a long time to absorb. Foams up easily from movement. 

A very basic yet effective way to cleanse, suitable for sensitive skin types. The product is designed to cleanse, soothe, and remove makeup and impurities. Contains no perfume or hypoallergenic ingredients, also dermalogically and ophthalmologicaly tested. Comes in a 400ml, 100% recycled bottle.

Has a weird smell, contains a acids, oils and alcohol. 

Great product 😍 helped calm down occasional irritated patches and eczema. Very moisturising for a watery toner. Easily absorbs into the skin, lasts a very long time and has lockable lid technology to allow small amounts can be poured out at a time.

May be too heavy for oily and combination skin types, isn’t suitable for everyone. 

This moisturising lotion is a great staple product to have in your routine if you have dry - resilient skin or dry and sensitive skin like mine. It has a thick creamy texture and is very nourishing as the name suggests. You don’t need a lot of product for the skin to feel hydrated. 

Has a strong citrus scent not everyone will like, contains fragrance and alcohol, flimsy plastic lid which can easily be broken, and stings the eyes if it comes into contact with the spray. 

From a very young age I had begun my skincare journey, this was because I was afraid of getting acne, I had seen how it affected a person’s everyday life and I didn’t want to go through that. 

Although, Olay is a western brand this product is one of my favourites!!! It is now an essential part of my morning routine and is one of my frequently used products. Mists are not a must have when it comes to routines but it’s a fun and bougie skincare product to own. This product also allowed me to incorporate actives into my routine, without causing irritation or damaging my skin barrier further (caused by eczema). It is a gentle vitamin C product which doesn’t include a high concentration of active ingredients, perfect for my young and sensitive skin. 

Sometimes felt like a creamy residue was left on the hands and face after cleaning. Left the eyes feel tight or dry if they eyelids were cleansed too.
There was no English translation label at the back for the ingredients list, use instructions, product description or manufacturer information (this may’ve been the supplier’s (where I bought it from) fault)

This product was one of the first I used when I was introduced to Asian beauty. It is one of japan’s award winning cleansers and has been frequently purchased under the influence of TikTok. A very popular product used by many celebrities and loved by many beauty goers and influencers. Has a thick, cream texture and lathers up nicely without having to use much product. Leaves the skin feeling refreshed and moisturised. A holy grail product, helped clear up acne, scars, dark spots and bumps on the skin. Definitely would repurchase 👍
