Any Primera MSE lover here? Here I attach the old vs new formulation ingredient. I dont know what to feel exactly, I am sad because why they renewed the formulation and discontinued the old one when they have such loyal fans already. To anyone who have use the old version, will you try the new one? Any thoughts?

Primera Miracle Seed Essence New Formula

Nothing. Maybe the price is a bit on the high side but I love the overall sensorial and also the result 

Texture and scent: Like a maple syrup consistency that spreads and permeate immediately on skin. All Mad Hippie product is fragrance-free but this one do have scent. It has a pineapple/cocktail fruit in a can like scent. I love the scent! Its fruity sweet 😍 It lingers about a minute or 2 but I don’t mind. 

My experience: 
✨Been using this since Nov 2021 until now (Feb 2022) on & off and my thoughts remains the same. This one did stay true to its claim! 
✨It provide instant radiance, plump and lively look on skin
✨I do feel this act as a booster to whatever I apply before or after it. When I applied hydrating toner/essence, this serum will enhance the hydrating sensation. It also prepped my skin for any moisturiser and I love it
✨To be honest I’m not really sure if this is better for treating PIH but for PIE and overall skin complexion, this is 💯 approved! 
✨Bonus coz I truly enjoy the scent and syrupy texture. I kinda feel like slathering maple syrup on skin 🤣
✨Skin feels smoother, softer and do look lively and healthier, its instant. So when I use this consistently and I remove it from my routine lets say like 2-3 days, I will miss it. So.. that means its good right coz my life is not the same without it.

I have nothing bad to say about this, it is a reliable and definitely noticeable result when it comes to overall radiance and smoother skin. 

I highly recommend this to someone who wanna look lively despite busy and exhausting day, this one will boost your skin radiance and hopefully your mood too 

It can be quite greasy and felt oily film on the skin, which is why I only use this for night routine

It claims to be 3 in 1 of pH balancing, skin layer and skin tone. I used it about a month during night routine only and saw healthy glow improvement on my skin

🍁It may took a while to spread it evenly all over the face as at first you may see a temporary uneven tone up effect but be patient and just keep massaging 😄 
🍁There are days that my eyes get watery when I use this, especially if I rub my eyes. But if I don’t touch my eye area, its fine. 

Rate: 4.5&#47;5. The minus 0.5 because sometimes my eyes get watery because of it 😅

Scent: Like a subtle carbonated lemon drink scent, I love it I find the scent is calming 😍

Texture: Creamy paste but not thick at all (despite the appearance), easy to spread although it took a while to massage on skin (about 2 minute) especially on side of the nose and smile lines but I dont mind. Non- greasy, non-sticky at all. 

How I use it: 2-finger application and massage until all blends well on skin. 

Review: 
✨It has slight tone up at first, then it dries down to velvety non-sticky finish and after awhile skin will be like usual skin tone
✨My skin feels good using this, its not making me sweaty, and it really is suitable for Malaysia  weather
✨I tried skipping moisturiser and use this sunscreen and I’m happy to report my skin still felt normal after 3-5 hours. I guess the moisturising properties are working from within
✨Because its waterproof I double cleanse with cleansing oil, but I also test it with the Dr Althea Amino Acid Bubble cleanser and it can remove this sunscreen well too

All in all, I think its a worth to try physical sunscreen especially if you cannot tolerate chemical UV filters and hyaluronic acid, this product is HA free

For me its slightly pricey but I wont mind repurchasing it during sale

I love it! I use this day and night, it helps to cool down my skin temperature on hot days and is a joy to use in air-conditioned room. Takes some time to permeate into skin but I dont mind as I’m just staying at home. The only time that I felt its not enough is during PMS and early period (coz my skin tends to get dehydrated) and after my chemical exfoliation schedule.
