The first layer is watery, the other layer is more of like an emulsion. So you need to shake it first before using. 🌼𝒜𝓅𝓅𝓁𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓉𝒾ℴ𝓃: After cleansing, I take a few drops at the palm of my hand and massage them well across my face. This has a very watery milk consistency. Very lightweight and easily absorbed by my skin. 🌼𝒞ℴ𝒾𝓃: Php1200 for 150ml, which is perhaps a little pricey compared to other k-beauty toners. I have been using this consistently for ~3weeks, day & night. What I love about this is I can layer it bec it's very lightweight and fast absorbing (I love layering my toners & essences) it didn't make my skin feel greasy at all. And you can already see the instant glow right after application! I haven't seen any significant improvement on my pimple marks though (need to use it more to see), but the overall complexion of your skin will really improve. So if you're after the instant brightening effect and you have the budget, go for it!
