Despite its claim of providing a gel texture, I found it to have more of a cream consistency, which I certainly don't mind. I must admit that it's one of the most effective for absorption because my skin soaks it in immediately once applied. It does provide decent hydration, but unfortunately, it doesn't deliver near enough for my dry skin. It would be unfair to describe it as a chalky feel, but it definitely feels odd in comparison to other formulas. I do appreciate its gentleness and lightweight feel without leaving behind a white cast. Overall, I found it to be a very dependable sunscreen for sun protection and a wonderful option for those who have sensitive skin, but sadly, it lacks enough hydration for my very dry skin.

Shower-proof texture for a quick in-shower treatment. EXPERIENCE This stuff smells absolutely heavenly!! Besides the unique blend of a sugary paste texture and strawberry seeds, it smells good enough to eat 😋 Although it's a bit gritty, it feels very smooth on the skin. I did notice some flushing and tingling after rinsing but it eventually disappeared. Despite the delicious scent, I found it to be a bit too irritating for my sensitive skin.

I received this product for free from Yesstyle in exchange for my review. 🍋The Yuja Niacin Brightening All-In-One Cleanser is a hypoallergenic weak acidic formula containing Niacinamide + 11% of Citrus Junos Fruit Extract + Succinic Acid and PHA. It removes impurities and makeup while improving skin tone with a brightening effect. Recommended for sensitive skin, including blemishes- melasma freckles, post breakout marks and dullness. EXPERIENCE I was really excited about receiving this cleanser because it can be somewhat difficult to find a gentle product that can improve the look of melasma freckles. I quickly realized a little goes a long way because the texture is super gooey and thick. Although it felt very refreshing, I couldn't get past the strong citrusy fragrance especially the tangy sweet grapefruit scent. Considering it creates a great amount of lather, I had to rinse my face a few more times before my skin was completely lather free. I also experienced a bit of eye stinging which required using a wash cloth before the sensation finally went away. I decided to apply mascara and foundation to my hand to see how effective it would at removing makeup. It removed the foundation rather quickly but it did take extra effort before the mascara was completely clean. I will continue to use it only because I'm eager to find out if it will improve my discoloration despite the stronger scent.
